The story behind the painting
Two young women who were shopping at the mall. They were happy and excited. They seemed both expectant and happy with what they were doing. They seemed to live in their little world far away from all the worries of the world. Today was shopping and maybe a coffee, and they were best friends forever.
I looked at them with warmth but I also felt a bittersweet lump in my mind. They don’t know what’s in front of them…
About the painting
The painting shows two young women in a shopping mall. Maybe they originated in the Middle East – maybe not. They are happy and for the moment carefree.
